Over the last few years, I have been asked by students and early career professionals how to navigate their education and career. I have been stopped randomly by students with these questions. I have responded to emails, answered telephone calls, reviewed admission essays, resumes etc. Helping others in this way is deeply fulfilling hence the birth of Joan Michaels, a career strategy and coaching consultancy.

As a career strategist and coach my objective is to inspire and guide students and early stage professionals to succeed in their education, career and life by sharing my insights. I have built credibility through my own story. I have developed the skills, tools, attitudes and strategies required to excel both as a student and young professional. I will share my insights and guide you to create a unique toolkit of what works for you.
